I admire my Clients.

Almost a year ago I had the pleasure of having a session with a Mother and her four beautiful children.  It was the first time that I had ever shot a family with so many little ones running around, but it was such a joy.

I met the family at a park and once I saw them pull up, I was so thrilled and so ready to start photographing them!  But it wasn't that easy... Though all the kids were full of life and sweet, it's a handful for just one person.  So I of course helped the Mother out... held a baby while she fixed the other's hair, tied one of their shoes while she put on the other's jacket, and so on.

It then came up in conversation what it is that I do for a living.  I mean yes, I'm a photographer, but she knew I was just starting out and was curious how my typical day goes.  I informed her that I was a full-time student and also worked M-F as a Mystery Shopper.  She looked at me and was stunned that I not only did photo sessions practically every weekend, but also was busy with these other things going on in my life.  She told me how busy I must be... and all I could think about was "Oh my gosh... are you kidding me?  Look at you with these four little ones.  I could never do a simple task like go to the grocery store with three curious and outgoing children and a sweet baby that cannot yet walk!"

My life seemed like a complete breeze compared to her's, yet she seemed to look up to me and the fact that I was running my own business, working another job, and was a full-time student.

Well, let me tell you something previous client of mine, I admire YOU!  You are such a powerful and strong woman.  You have four beautiful children who are the sweetest and funniest kids.  I commend you for doing such a wonderful job at raising your little ones and for taking the time to pack them up in your vehicle and meet me for a session.  I enjoyed capturing memories with you and your children and look forward to capturing more! :)

P.S. I not only admire this particular client of mine, but I admire each and every one of you in different ways!
