I failed my first 365

Last year on this very day, I started my very first 365 project.  I don't think I knew what I was getting myself into at the time!  I just saw others always doing it, and said to myself "I can do that."  It wasn't until a few months in that I realized the percentage of people that actually finish it is pretty low.

I wanted to finish it but I slacked horribly after the first couple months.  I then changed the rules of the project, and decided to just try and get 365 images taken, edited, and uploaded onto Facebook by today.  That took off a lot of stress of the project, but I found myself being very repetitive with my images.  I became too lazy and too busy to get unique and different shots.

Even though I changed the rules, I am trying to be proud of myself for getting as far as I did.  I finished with 313 images.  Many photos are alike and from the same shoot, but I've really enjoyed watching myself grow.

Just always remember, if you're no longer enjoying what you love because of something then that something is probably not worth it anymore.  So stop doing it, or at least change it so it's more enjoyable for you.

Here are some of the first images I began my 365 with, and some of the last!  I love seeing the changes in myself and my work!
